Chest (Breast) Growth

Will the changes to my chest revert if I stop taking E?
Breast growth is largely irreversible. You may see some reduction in size due to fat redistribution but this is likely to be minimal. You may experience change to your nipple sensation, or your desire for this kind of stimulation, but it also may remain mostly similar.
Chest growth varies significantly between people.
This variation is largely due to a mix of:
Genetics
How much fat you have on your body
And ultimately a degree of chance
Typically the first signs of chest growth is tenderness in the chest area, especially the nipples and areolas.
This often begins between 4-8 months, but again there is a lot of variation in these changes due to the aforementioned factors
This tenderness will typically give way to, and/or develop alongside, a change in sexual sensation of the nipples.
For many people, this may change both the intensity and/or kind of nipple stimulation they enjoy.
It may also change how important nipple stimulation is as part of what they enjoy during sex: how frequently they want it to occur, and how long they want it to last.
Someone who previously didn’t have much interest in nipple stimulation may now find it has become one of the more important parts of their sexual experience: it is impossible to predict how much HRT may change someone’s relationship to, and desire for, nipple stimulation.
